Elite RF’s 1.0GHz to 6.0GHz solid-state RF Power Amplifiers incorporate advanced, state-of-the-art RF GaN transistors and are designed for longevity. These amplifiers are biased Class AB with gain ranging up to 50dB, work in CW or pulsed mode. Like all Elite RF amplifiers, they come with an industry-leading warranty.

These amplifiers can be redesigned into different form factors based on customers’ specification documents. Our standard package includes 3 different form factors: standard module (MB series), rack mount (AB series) or rack mount with front panel display (DB series).
