2450 MHz (2.45 GHz) ISM Microwave Generators

Elite RF’s 2.45 GHz solid-state microwave generators are built for production environments where equipment is expected to run for long hours without surprises. These systems are based on GaN solid-state designs and are available in various power levels starting from 100 Watts to 100 Kilowatts. One of the main advantages for customers is that the hardware is field-repairable. If a module fails, it can be swapped without pulling the entire system out of service, which helps reduce downtime on the shop floor.

Unlike magnetron-based sources, these generators produce a much more stable microwave output. Over time, this stability shows up in the quality of the end process. Customers working with plasma generation for CVD diamond growth, hydrogen production, or coating processes see more consistent results because the power delivered to the process chamber does not drift. The system also includes built-in redundancy and power control logic, so output stays steady even if one RF transistor fails during a live operation. In day-to-day operation, this means fewer interruptions and increased output than a magnetron.

915 MHz ISM Microwave Generators

The 915 MHz generators are designed for industrial use cases where microwave energy is part of the core process. Typical applications include food processing, chemical reactions assisted by microwave heating, drying systems, sterilization lines, waste treatment, plasma generation, and agricultural processing. Elite RF builds these systems as direct solid-state replacements for older tube-based generators, so existing installations can be upgraded without major mechanical changes.

These platforms operate across the 902 MHz to 928 MHz band and are designed to deliver stable output over long production runs. Power levels can be configured from smaller lab systems up to large industrial units in hundreds of kilowatts, depending on what the process needs. Internally, the generators are built using a modular approach. Multiple RF amplifier modules are combined with phase and gain matching, which helps keep RF losses low across the path. This design also makes it easier to scale systems up or service them in the field when needed.

27.12 MHz Microwave Generators

For applications that require deeper energy penetration into materials, Elite RF offers 27.12 MHz solid-state microwave generators. This frequency is commonly used in industrial heating, drying, and curing processes, especially when thicker materials or larger volumes need to be treated evenly.

As with our higher frequency systems, these generators are designed to be stable over long operating periods. The solid-state design reduces the maintenance burden compared to tube-based equipment and gives operators more control over how power is delivered into the process. Systems can be configured for different power levels and duty cycles, making them suitable for both CW and pulse operations.
