Elite RF’s 6.0GHz to 12.0GHz RF Power Amplifiers are one of our most popular SSPA (solid-state power amplifier) series incorporating advanced, state-of-the-art, GaN on SiC technology. These amplifiers are biased class AB with gain ranging from 30dB to 48dB, works in CW or Pulsed mode, covering from 6.0GHz to 12.0GHz. Available options of saturated power of up to 200W. These amplifiers can be used in narrowband and multi-octave bandwidth applications and are well suited for a variety of applications including EW, commercial and military radar, communications, industrial, scientific, medical, and laboratory use. Like all Elite RF amplifiers, they come with an industry-leading warranty.

These amplifiers can be custom built in to different form factors based on customers’ specification document. Any saturated power and power gain requirements within this frequency range can be designed in a module (MB series), rack mount (AB series), rack mount with display (DB series) or customer provided system dimension. Our modular approach towards designing RF amplifiers and RF generators gives us flexibility to modify the design and deliver a product in a very short lead time.
