Elite RF’s 2.0GHz to 18.0GHz broadband solid-state linear RF amplifiers incorporate advanced, state-of-the-art RF GaN transistors. These RF amplifiers operate in CW or pulsed mode, covering from 2.0GHz to 18.0GHz, making them highly suitable for S Band, C Band, X Band and Ku Band applications. They feature an enable/disable function and high reverse isolation with built-in protection. These amplifiers are ideal for various applications, including weather radar, surface radar, satellite communications, 5G networks, microwave devices communication and more. Like all Elite RF amplifiers, they come with an industry-leading warranty.
These high frequency amplifiers can be designed for different saturated power requirements in various form factors – module (MB series), rack mount (AB series), rack mount with front panel display (DB series) or customer-provided dimensions. AB and DB models come with a built-in heatsink and power supply. RF power modules can be designed with an additional heatsink, TTL trigger or D-sub connector option as per customers’ RF design requirements.
