Elite RF’s 30MHz to 512MHz RF Power Amplifiers are one of our popular series incorporating advanced, state-of-the-art, LDMOS technology. These amplifiers are biased class AB with gain ranging from 40dB to 50dB, works in CW or Pulsed mode, covering from 30MHz to 512MHz. Available options of saturated power of up to 200W. These amplifiers can be used in narrowband and decade plus bandwidth applications and are well suited for a variety of applications including EW, commercial and military communications, industrial, scientific, medical, and laboratory use. Like all Elite RF amplifiers, they come with an industry leading warranty.

These amplifiers can be built in to different form factors based on customers’ specification documents. Any saturated power and power gain requirements within this frequency range can be designed in our standard module (MB series), rack mount (AB series), rack mount with display (DB series) or customers’ system dimensions. Our modular approach towards designing RF amplifiers and RF generators gives us flexibility to modify the design and deliver a product in a very short lead time.
