Elite RF’s 30MHz to 512MHz solid-state RF power amplifiers incorporate advanced, state-of-the-art, LDMOS transistors. These amplifiers are biased class AB with power gain up to 50dB, and work in either CW or pulse mode. They feature an enable/disable function and provide high reverse isolation with additional built-in protection against reflected power. Covering the VHF band, these amplifiers are well-suited for a variety of medical and commercial applications. Like all Elite RF amplifiers, they come with an industry-leading warranty.
These wideband RF amplifiers can be designed into different form factors based on customers’ specification documents. Any saturated power and power gain requirements within this frequency range can be accommodated in our standard module (MB series), rack mount (AB series), rack mount with display (DB series) or customized to fit customers’ system dimensions. The AB and DB series have integrated heatsink and power supply. Additionally, RF modules are available with heatsinks, TTL trigger or D-Sub connector options.
