Elite RF’s 6.0GHz to 18.0GHz Power Amplifier series is the popular addition to our RF amplifiers product line incorporating advanced, state-of-the-art, GaN on SiC technology, reflecting our commitment to advanced engineering. These amplifiers are biased class AB with gain ranging from 30dB to 48dB, works in CW or Pulsed mode, covering from 6.0GHz to 18.0GHz. We can design amplifiers in different form factors like modules (MB series), racks (AB series), racks with display (DB series) as per customers’ requirements and have in-house capabilities to design and manufacture units up to 200W of saturated power.
