At Elite RF, we build low to high power solid-state RF amplifiers for teams who need their systems to work day in and day out, often in tough operating conditions. Our work covers standard RF amplifier modules, rack-based systems, and custom-built solutions for programs that do not fit into an off-the-shelf box. We design across a very wide frequency range, from low kilohertz applications up to 40 GHz, and our platforms scale from low-power RF set ups to high power RF amplifiers delivering up to 100 kW of reliable RF power.
Our RF amplifier modules and systems are designed on proven solid-state technologies, using modern GaN (Gallium Nitride) RF packaged parts for high frequency and high-power designs alongside established LDMOS transistors for low frequency designs. This gives customers flexibility in how they balance power density, efficiency, linearity, thermal performance, and long-term reliability. Whether the requirement is a compact RF amplifier module for integration into a larger system or a complete rack mount amplifier with embedded controls for test and rigorous field operations, our goal is to make deployment straightforward and predictable. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. Their satisfaction is our top priority.
Built by Engineers, Used in the Real World
Elite RF was founded by former Motorola engineering leaders and is headquartered in Chicago. Over time, our robust solid-state RF power amplifiers have found their way into defense, aerospace, communications, medical, and industrial environments. In many of these settings, RF systems are expected to operate continuously, sometimes under stressed conditions. That reality shapes how we design our hardware for longevity.
We put a lot of effort into making sure each RF amplifier system is stable under load, tolerant to mismatch, and easy to monitor and protect in the field. Customers can choose between modular formats or fully integrated rack systems with software-based control and protection against over VSWR, over current and overheat. Every amplifier comes with a two-year warranty and, more importantly, direct access to the engineers who designed them, ensuring expert technical support when customers need it.
A Practical Approach to RF Amplification
What tends to matter most to our customers is not just saturated power or peak power, but whether the RF power amplifier will hold up over time and integrate cleanly into their existing RF chain. That is where experience counts. We work closely with teams during the specification phase to make sure the RF amplifier architecture fits the application, instead of forcing the application to fit the hardware.
If you are evaluating RF power amplifiers for a new platform or upgrading an existing system, Elite RF can help you narrow down the right approach. From early technical discussions through delivery and long-term support, our focus stays on building RF amplifiers that engineers can rely on.
