Elite RF’s 6.0GHz to 12.0GHz RF Power Amplifiers are among the most popular SSPA (solid-state power amplifier) series incorporating advanced, state-of-the-art RF GaN transistors. These amplifiers are biased class AB with gain ranging up to 48dB and operate in CW or pulsed mode. The units feature an enable/disable function and robust built-in protection. These RF amplifiers are well-suited for various applications, including EW, commercial and military radar, communications, industrial, scientific, medical, and laboratory use. Like all Elite RF amplifiers, they come with an industry-leading warranty.

These amplifiers can be custom-built into different form factors based on customers’ specification document. Any saturated power requirements within this frequency range can be configured in a module (MB series), rack mount (AB series), rack mount with display (DB series) or customer provided system dimension. More RF power module buying options with heatsink, D-sub connectors or TTL trigger.
