These amplifiers are biased class AB with gain ranging up to 48dB and operate in CW or pulsed mode. The units feature an enable/disable function and robust built-in protection. These amplifiers can be custom-built into different form factors based on customers’ specification document. Any saturated power requirements within this frequency range can be configured in a module (MB series), rack mount (AB series), rack mount with display (DB series) or customer provided system dimension.
