Elite RF’s solid-state broadband low power RF amplifiers offer wide spectrum coverage up to 30GHz. These Class A ultra linear RF amplifiers incorporate advanced GaN transistors and are designed for CW/pulsed signals. They offer high power density, low thermal resistance, and wideband performance, making them suitable for both military and commercial applications.
The rugged amplifier is housed in a 19-inch 2U rack with built-in air-cooled heatsink and requires 100 to 240 AC voltage for operation. It has N-type connectors for RF input and RF output ports. The unit can be custom designed to fit customer dimension requirements.
