Elite RF’s 500MHz to 2500MHz RF Power Amplifiers are among our popular series, incorporating advanced, state-of-the-art RF GaN transistors. These class AB linear amplifiers have a power gain up to 48dB and operate in CW or pulsed mode. Covering the UHF band and L band, these solid-state RF amplifiers are well-suited for a variety of applications, including defense, commercial and military radar, communications, industrial, scientific, medical, and laboratory use. Like all Elite RF amplifiers, they come with an industry-leading warranty.
These wideband amplifiers are available and can be tailored to various form factors. High-power amplifiers can be designed in a module (MB series), rack mount (AB series), rack mount with front panel display (DB series) or customer-provided system dimensions. The AB and DB series feature integrated heatsinks and power supply. Additional RF module buying options include heatsinks, TTL trigger or D-Sub connectors. All amplifiers feature an enable/disable function, high reverse isolation, and multiple protection circuits.
