Elite RF’s 2.0GHz to 6.0GHz RF Power Amplifiers, one of our most popular SSPA (solid-state power amplifier) series, utilizes the latest high power RF GaN transistors. These amplifiers are biased Class AB with gains ranging up to 48dB, functioning in CW or Pulse mode, covering the frequency range from 2.0GHz to 6.0GHz. They feature high reverse isolation for protection and have an enable/disable function. These amplifiers are widely used in S Band and C Band applications for radio communication, telecommunications, radar and commercial requirements. Like all Elite RF amplifiers, they come with an industry-leading warranty.
These amplifiers can be tailored to different form factors based on customers’ specification documents. Our standard module (MB series), rack mount (AB series), rack mount with display (DB series) or custom system dimensions can accommodate any saturated power and power gain requirements within this frequency range. More RF module buying options are available with air-cooled/water-cooled heatsink, D-Sub connectors or TTL trigger.
